The process seemed too easy! Gai was straight forward with the expectations needed from me. Other than the expected wait time for closing which had me a little on edge, the overall experience was smooth. I felt pretty luck having Gai by my side to provide a clear picture and walk me thru each steps it took to get to closing. She provided many kind words to help ease my nerves.
