Rene Alvarez (NMLS: 1089625) of Highland LoanSource Named Among Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators

Dallas, TX (July 6, 2017) – Dallas-based mortgage lender, Highland LoanSource, is pleased to announce that Highland LoanSource loan originator, Rene Alvarez, has recently been honored with an award from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), ranking him in the top 100 Latino mortgage originators in the U.S.

NAHREP provides these awards to Latino loan originators across the country based on the number of mortgages closed the previous calendar year. They serve as a demonstration of the growing influence Latinos have in the industry—not only as a profession, but in the volume of home buyers driving the housing economy.

“I am proud of Rene for achieving this award and for the work that he does to serve our clients. He does a great job representing Highland LoanSource to our clients,” says Aaron Anderson, Director Production Joint Venture, Highland LoanSource. “He works hard to serve others and help our clients navigate the home buying process.”

Alvarez will be recognized with his award at the 2017 NAHREP convention held in Dallas this September.

“It’s an incredible honor to be named one of the top Hispanic loan officers in the country,” says Alvarez. “I’m proud to be able to positively represent the Hispanic community and help others achieve their dreams of homeownership.”
