Matt Morris has been our loan originator on three mortgage loans over the last four years for rental investment properties. Let me start by saying that I cannot remember the last time I wrote a review on a service provider. I want to write this one for Matt, because I hope that others are able to benefit from his knowledge and professionalism. Matt has handled the mortgages on 4 homes for me to date. Each and every loan he has guided me as to the right time to to lock in my interest rate, and so far has been right on the money! My most recent loan that closed mid 2016 needed to be closed very quickly due to some personal circumstances. Without any questions, he pushed the loan through and was able to get it closed for me - I believe it must have been record time! Matt will always be my personal lender, no question! I received a flyer in the mail from Matt which was quoting a 20 year fixed loan rate to include a very low interest rate...that got my attention!

Matt and I discussed my (then) situation and he began to make recommendations based upon my needs. He explained the things I already knew...and especially those things I didn't! From that conversation, we moved into a refinance of my home. The process was painless, the documents were all in alignment, and there were no 'financial surprises' when I closed on the new loan.
